The problem

Compliance work lands on people who already have full-time jobs.

In most small and mid-size fleets, safety paperwork is handled by the owner, the dispatcher or nobody in particular. That is how gaps build up quietly.

  • GAP
Driver files with missing or expired documentsMedicals, abstracts and annual reviews slip past their dates.
  • GAP
Log issues nobody has looked atUnassigned driving, edits and missing supporting documents.
  • GAP
A CVOR or CSA record that keeps climbingWithout a clear picture of which events are driving it.
  • GAP
An audit letter with weeks to prepareAnd records spread across email, binders and phones.
What we look at

A clear picture of your fleet’s compliance, in one place.

Every engagement ends with a plain-language status report: what is complete, what is expiring, what is at risk, and what to fix first.

  • Driver qualification files, driver by driver
  • Medical certificates, licences and abstracts with expiry dates
  • Hours-of-service samples and ELD data issues
  • CVOR and CSA events, with the causes behind them
How it works

From first call to a working system.

  1. Discovery call

Fleet size, lanes, current status and what prompted the call.

  2. Records review

We go through driver files, logs, abstracts and registrations.

  3. Gap report

A ranked list of what is missing, what is at risk and what to fix first.

  4. Fix and set up

We help correct files, build checklists and train your office staff.

  5. Stay current

Optional monthly support so expiries and changes are caught early.

About us

A bad axle can put a truck out of service. A bad driver file can do the same to a whole carrier.

The reason we exist
FAQ

Common questions.

Can you guarantee we will pass an audit?

No one honestly can. We find the gaps an auditor is likely to find and help you close them, which is what improves the result.

Do you work with owner-operators?

Yes, if you run under your own operating authority. If you are leased onto another carrier, their safety department usually handles your compliance.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Both. We visit carriers in the GTA and surrounding area, and work remotely with carriers elsewhere in Ontario and Canada.

Are you lawyers?

No. We are compliance consultants and do not give legal advice. If a matter needs a lawyer, such as a court challenge, we will tell you.
